Description

The dataset comprises all experimental data used in this study to identify active compounds from plant extracts. Methanolic extracts of three plant species—C. sanguinolenta, L. camara, and Z. leprieurii—were evaluated against a pan-sensitive Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain. Antimycobacterial activity was expressed as minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs), provided in the corresponding Excel file.

Plant materials were collected from three different regions (I, II, and III) during two seasons: the rainy season (SI) and the summer season (SII), as indicated in the sample identification codes.

UPLC-MS data were acquired in both negative and positive ionization modes. The raw data are provided as NetCDF files labeled Samples_ESI_negative_Resolution and Samples_ESI_positive_Resolution. These NetCDF files were processed and analyzed using ROIMCR-ALT. The resulting peak areas for negative and positive ionization modes are available in the Excel files Peak areas_53x18_Neg and Peak areas_57x18_Pos, respectively.
