codonpipe - a codon usage clustering pipeline

Initial release of the "codonpipe" Python pipeline that (i) extracts codon usage tables from FASTA files, (ii) computes 2D gene clustering on codon usage similarity and (iii) exports data and (iv) imports and projects custom gene clusters in this 2D embedded space.
