Tento materiál předkládá teoretická východiska pro klinickou praxi v oblasti fyzioterapie lymfedému dolní končetiny. Text je strukturován do dvou částí tak, aby sloužil jako podklad pro praktické kurzy manuální lymfodrenáže a komplexní dekongestivní terapie (CDT). První polovina dokumentu uvádí anatomická fakta o lymfatickém systému, popisuje dráhy mízní drenáže a funkci lymfatických uzlin, což tvoří nezbytný základ pro praktické vyučování terapeutických technik.
Druhá část dokumentu obsahuje rešerši odborné literatury a analýzu studií, které hodnotí účinnost různých fyzioterapeutických postupů. Autor, fyzioterapeut Michal Dusil se zaměřuje na porovnání efektivity CDT s dalšími metodami, jako je přístrojová lymfodrenáž, kompresní terapie, lymfotejpování a specializovaná cvičení. Tato práce definuje strategie pro redukci otoků a dlouhodobý management stavů spojených s lymfatickou dysfunkcí. Abstract (English)
This material presents a theoretical framework for clinical practice in the physiotherapy of lower limb lymphedema. The document is structured into two sections to serve as a resource for practical courses in manual lymphatic drainage and complex decongestive therapy (CDT). The first half of the publication provides anatomical facts regarding the lymphatic system, describing lymphatic drainage pathways and node functions, establishing a foundation for the practical training of therapeutic techniques.
The second section offers a review of professional literature and an analysis of studies evaluating the efficacy of various physiotherapeutic procedures. The author, physiotherapist Michal Dusil focuses on comparing the effectiveness of CDT with other methods, such as intermittent pneumatic compression, compression therapy, lymphotaping, and specialized exercise protocols. This work defines strategies for edema reduction and the long-term management of conditions associated with lymphatic dysfunction. The resource is designed for educational purposes within physiotherapy and as a methodological source for clinical practice focused on lymphatic system disorders.
