Bulk RNA-seq analysis of the liver in G2019S LRRK2 knockin mice

Title: "Bulk RNA-seq analysis of the liver in G2019S LRRK2 knockin mice".

Description: The liver was collected from G2019S LRRK2 knockin mice and their wild-type littermates (3-5 months old) for bulk RNA-seq analysis. Each experimental group contained biological replicates (n = 4 per group).

This dataset is made available to researchers via the ASAP CRN Cloud: cloud.parkinsonsroadmap.org. Instructions for how to request access can be found in the User Manual.
