Cook codebooks from survey metadata encoded in attributes in R

Update version to 0.10.0 and enhance codebook functionality

• Introduced exclude_from_detailed_display parameter in codebook() to allow exclusion of specific variables from detailed graphs while retaining them in metadata.
• Improved PDF/LaTeX output handling by disabling JSON-LD metadata and switching to static tables.
• Added horizontal scrolling for the DT metadata table.
• Replaced deprecated ggplot2::qplot() with ggplot2::ggplot().
• Updated minimum version requirements for DT and shiny packages.
• Fixed bugs related to metadata display and character vector handling.
