Description

NSF Ocean Observatories Initiative (OOI) Data Explorations

Matlab, Python and R modules and scripts used to access OOI data recorded by the large variety of sensors deployed across all of the OOI arrays. The code provided here was developed as a tool for the user community looking to access OOI data and as a toolset for the OOI Data Teams to use in QC-related reviews and assessments of the data. This code is provided to the larger community as-is in the hopes that it will be of use.

Notes

The python code can be obtained from either PyPI or conda-forge
