This content is Chapter 6 of The Contemporary Dimension Upgrade of Capital: The Dominance Revolution from "Means of Production" to "Labor Power Production" by Zhang Haoxiang, serving as an extension and deepening of the book’s theory on the contemporary ascension of capital, with systematic research centered on the emancipation of power. Breaking through the superficial definition of power originating from private ownership in classical Marxist theory, the chapter reveals that the true source of power lies in the need for the organization and arrangement of labor power, and its essence is the dominion over the production and reproduction process of labor power—an essence fully manifested in the era of digital capitalism. Regarding the prevention of power alienation, it proposes that instead of eradicating power, we should construct adaptive prevention and control mechanisms. The core conception is the establishment of the Committee for the Organization and Arrangement of Labor Power Production, with three core mechanisms embedded: institutional apoptosis, the integration of negative sovereignty and fractal severing, and the institutionalization of explicit teleological notification. These mechanisms provide a clear institutional framework for preventing power alienation under the dictatorship of the proletariat. It also clarifies that the emancipation of power is an endless "defensive war", and the core of the second-stage revolution is to establish a system of continuous self-renewal, ensuring that power remains accountable to the main body of laborers. Ultimately, it points to the transformation of power from "domination" to "co-governance", and the leap of humanity from the "realm of necessity" to the "realm of freedom", offering a brand-new theoretical perspective and practical thinking for understanding the contemporary forms of capital and power, and exploring the path of laborers' emancipation.
