User Guide
The uncompressed dataset consists of two folders and a Microsoft Excel file, named “images”, “annotations”, and “data.xlsx”, respectively. The first two folders contained the original CCM images and their corresponding segmentation masks, each comprising 410 PNG images. Each original image has a corresponding mask with an identical filename. The “re-annotations” folder includes 10 images selected from each of Set1 and Set2, which were re-annotated by Annotator 2 and Researcher 2.
The filenames are prefixed with a five-digit code following the SPPII pattern: the first digit (S) indicates the set number (1 or 2); the second and third digits (PP) represent the participant number within the set, padded with a leading zero if necessary; and the fourth and fifth digits (II) denote the image number for that participant, also zero-padded when needed. For example, “25104.png” refers to the fourth image (04) of Participant 51 in Set2.
Clinical and demographic information are organised in the Excel file “data.xlsx”, which comprises two distinct sheets. The “Subjects” sheet details information at the subject level, whereas the “Images” sheet provides data at the image level, enabling direct mapping between images and their corresponding clinical data. A comprehensive description of all the columns in both sheets is provided in Table.
