This document presents a national report on the workplace inclusion of trans and non-binary people in X country, developed within the Transcending Barriers project. It provides an overview of the country’s broader social, political, and legal context and situates the findings within this context. The analysis draws on qualitative interviews and quantitative survey data collected from trans and non-binary participants and professionals working in human resources and related organizational roles. It examines the experiences of trans and non-binary people in employment, covering issues such as visibility, harassment, recruitment barriers, and transition-related challenges. It also explores organizational approaches to diversity management, organizational culture, and the training needs identified by both groups.
