Travelling cohort dataset of resting-state fMRI, dMRI, and T1w for reliability analysis
Authors/Creators
Description
The dataset contains raw brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of 10 participants in BIDS format, acquired on a Siemens Prisma 3T and a Philips Achieva 3T. Each participant was scanned on both scanners within one week. Additionally, the structural and functional connectomes used in the publication below are provided.
Data modalities
- T1-weighted MRI
- Eyes-closed resting-state functional MRI (8 min)
- Multi-shell diffusion-weighted MRI
- Functional connectome (Pearson's r; Brainnetome atlas)
- Structural connectome (SIFT2; Brainnetome atlas)
The data were initially acquired and used in the following publication:
Butry, L., Thomä, J., Forsting, J., Enax-Krumova, E., & Schlaffke, L. (2026). Cross-vendor reliability of functional and structural brain connectivity in a travelling cohort.
