• Guard annotation-prune sync against incomplete Zotero fetches to avoid accidental removals when annotation APIs fail.
• Add a focus-triggered annotation sync so note updates are pulled shortly after returning to Obsidian.
• Preserve Zotero annotation order within each heading by prioritizing Zotero sort tokens (annotationSortIndex / annotationSort) during block rendering.
