Briefing paper detailing the methods and findings from the systematic review and component network meta-analysis which aimed to identify components of digital support for weight loss interventions that are most likely to be effective in supporting patients to achieve weight loss goals. 

This review was funded by the NIHR Evidence Synthesis Programme (grant number: NIHR153420). The views expressed are those of the author(s) and not necessarily those of the NIHR, the Department of Health and Social Care, or the UK Health Security Agency.
