Description

IPU Theory: Comprehensive Multi-Scale Validation Package — DOI Snapshot

This record is a DOI snapshot of already-public supplementary materials (not a full paper release). It provides a unified validation package consisting of three independent modules, intended to demonstrate internal consistency of the Interface Precipitation Universe (IPU) framework across multiple observational regimes. The package is organized as follows:

1. Galactic Scale (06_Section6.pdf)
The standard cosmological model (LambdaCDM) typically explains flat galactic rotation curves via dark-matter halos with multiple free parameters, often raising fine-tuning concerns (e.g., the disk-halo conspiracy). This supplement replaces empirical interpolation functions with an asymptotically consistent IPU kinematic equation. Using a fixed visible-mass model (bulge + exponential disk) and a representative Gaia-based kinematic profile, we fit a single constant parameter and evaluate whether the rotation curve can remain flat purely by (i) the 1/r decay of the baryonic term and (ii) the emergence of an interface-driven constant term. We show that a uniform constant term (no screening) fails under the fixed baryonic model, whereas an interface-exposure factor S(r) derived from the same disk scale length yields a smooth transition and substantially improves the weighted fit while preserving the Newtonian inner limit.

2. Cosmic Expansion Scale (IPU_DESI_Ripening.pdf)
A geometric interpretation of the apparent low-z variation in the effective equation of state, identified with an Ostwald-ripening index (alpha_IPU) of an interfacial network.

3. Structure Formation Scale (IPU_HubbleTension_QModels_v1.pdf)
A covariant two-sector energy-exchange formulation (Q) linking late-time expansion inference and growth suppression, enforcing a sign-fixed anti-correlation between Delta S8 and Delta H0 within an active low-z regime.
