Script for processing AAV mBCs and oBCs from submitted manuscript on sources of noise in multiplex enhancer AAV screening.
Description
This is a step-by-step workflow for processing barcoded AAV sequencing data from:
1) Enhancer/promoter-driven barcode mBC libraries
2) U6-driven barcode (oBC) libraries (only when oBC is included in reporter vector)
3) 10x Genomics gene expression (GEX) libraries.
