• Fix worker-mode Redis Connection refused failures on Windows by hardening Redis URL rewriting in worker requests, including redis://, rediss://, and redis+tls:// loopback URLs.
• Add support for both --redis-url <url> and --redis-url=<url> argument styles when mapping worker Redis endpoints.
• Add a defensive Redis URL rewrite inside python-worker-api.py so local loopback Redis URLs are remapped to redis-stack:6379 before tool execution.
