ISE Simulator: Propagation of Ambiguity-Bearing Outputs Across Interconnected Systems Environment

Discrete-event simulator for studying how locally valid and semantically ambiguous AI outputs that propagate through interconnected systems can induce environment-level drift. Implements a four-system loan underwriting pipeline with feedback loops, discretization effects, and an ISCIL containment layer.
