Human resources management is an essential function of every organization. It encompasses managing people in organizations from a macro perspective i.e managing a people in the form of a collective relationship between management and employee. Human resource management is the process of acquiring, training, appraising, and compensating employees and of attending to their labor relations, health and safety and fairness cancers. Human resources management involve management functions loke planning, organizing, directing and controlling and also procurement, development, maintenance and management of human resource. Human Resource Management (HRM) is the strategic approach to managing an organization's most valuable assets its people to achieve organizational goals, improve productivity, and enhance employee commitment. It involves comprehensive functions like recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and maintaining employee relations. HRM stands for Human Resource Management, which is the strategic and coherent approach to managing an organization's employees (human capital) to achieve business goals, focusing on attracting, recruiting, training, developing, motivating, and retaining talent. It involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to departure, ensuring people are used effectively to drive productivity and organizational success.
