• Fix the What's New splash title and layout:
  • use a generic What's new header,
  • keep a single visible version heading (vX.Y.Z) without duplicate internal release-title lines.
• Fix release-notes sanitization so Full Changelog lines are removed even when formatted as markdown links or styled text.
• Fix ReleaseNotesModal markdown rendering type-safety by using an Obsidian Component lifecycle owner instead of passing the modal instance.
• Move Maintenance -> Release Notes to the end of the Maintenance settings section.
