Portfolio of Services. ENACT, Enhancing the capacity of civil society organizations to support victims of anti-LGBTQI hate crimes
Description
The present document introduces a Portfolio of Services aimed at ensuring that all Member States deliver, either directly or through partnerships with civil society organisations, a minimum standard of support to victims of anti-LGBTQI+ hate crimes and discrimination, in alignment with the Victims’ Rights Directive (Directive 2012/29/EU).
