ProleTRact: TandemTwister visualization tool

This is the source code for ProleTRact v1.1.0, the companion visualization tool for TandemTwister, used in the preprint:

"TandemTwister: Scalable genotyping and advanced visualization of tandem repeats" by Al Raei LW, Ghareghani M, Moeinzadeh H, Vingron M, available on bioRxiv at https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.64898/2026.01.28.702315v2

ProleTRact is an interactive tool for visualizing tandem repeats from VCF files generated by TandemTwister. It allows users to explore motifs, compare alleles, and interpret complex genomic variation.
