This compressed file stores raw BED files and sample sheets.

What each major folder

• Janssens_Lab_Data/ Primary BED data files from BMMC (Bone marrow sample) and PBMC samples.

  • BMMC_Beds/ --- T cell depleted Bone marrow samples

  • PBMCs_Combined_Beds/ --- Peripheral blood mononuclear cell samples

• Bone marrow sample sheets: sample_sheet_PR001798.tsv, sample_sheet_PR001799.tsv, sample_sheet_PR001855.tsv, sample_sheet_PR001856.tsv

The BED files format

The BED files include the following columns without header:

• First column: chromosome name (e.g., chr1, chr2, etc.)

• Second column: start position of the genomic region

• Third column: end position of the genomic region

• Fourth column: name of the Cell barcode

• Fifth column: the number of fragments in the genomoic region for the cell barcode
