Description
This policy brief reports on the progress of the DocTalent4EU project and shares recommendations to the European Commission for further policy development, notably in the context of the implementation of the ERA Policy Agenda 2022 – 2024, Action 4 (Careers).
DocTalent4EU is a HORIZON EUROPE funded project which aims to enhance PhD employability through a strong, visible and innovative recognition-system of the most in-demand transferable skills that early-career researchers acquire or will acquire through their doctoral training and research activities.
