Abstract (English)
This guide offers a practical introduction to scientific infographics, explaining what they are and how they differ from other academic visual formats such as posters or informational collages, with an emphasis on visual storytelling and synthesis of research findings. It defines the main features of effective infographics (clarity, visual coherence, hierarchy, audience adaptation and scholarly rigor) and proposes ten stages in the creation process, from topic and audience selection to final validation by the target viewers. The book includes checklists and practical tips to avoid common mistakes, together with design criteria concerning layout, typography, colour and key infographic elements. It also compiles digital tools, visual resource repositories and scholarly references that help university students to strengthen their creative, communicative and digital literacy skills through the production of scientific infographics
