Authors/Creators
Description
This study examines the relationship between psychological resilience
and work efficiency among internal affairs officers in Uzbekistan. Internal affairs
personnel often face high-stress situations, including law enforcement, conflict
resolution, and crisis management, which can affect their decision-making and
overall performance. The research highlights the importance of psychological
resilience as a key factor in enhancing work efficiency, reducing burnout, and
improving interpersonal communication within law enforcement teams. Findings
suggest that targeted psychological training, stress management programs, and
organizational support can significantly improve the professional effectiveness and
well-being of internal affairs officers. This study provides practical
recommendations for policy makers and law enforcement administrators to
strengthen psychological preparedness and operational performance in the context
of Uzbekistan.
