Description

The contemporary agricultural landscape demands a paradigm shift from labor-intensive traditional practices to sophisticated, data-driven ecosystems that synergize digital innovation with strategic human resource management (HRM). This article elucidates how precision agriculture technologies—IoT sensors, AI analytics, robotics, and blockchain—interact with modernized HRM frameworks to optimize production efficiency, ensure sustainability, and cultivate a resilient workforce. Drawing from 2025-2026 strategic imperatives, the analysis reveals yield increases of 20-30% through resource optimization while addressing labor shortages via targeted upskilling and performance-based incentives. An integrated framework is proposed, aligning institutional reforms, technical deployments, human capital development, and economic enablers to empower small and medium enterprises toward sustainable intensification and supply chain transparency.
