This paper reports on a mixed-methods study examining perceptions of inclusive language in business contexts. Drawing on survey data (N=33) and interview evidence, the study explores attitudes towards gender-inclusive terminology, levels of comfort with inclusive linguistic practices and expectations regarding corporate responsibility.

The findings indicate high levels of comfort with inclusive language and strong expectations that businesses adopt inclusive communication practices, despite ongoing conceptual debates regarding specific gender categories.
