Mathematically Consistent Unification of General Relativity (GR) and Quantum Mechanics (QM) Based on the Cosmology of the Living Cell

The Cosmology of the Living Cell posits that the observable universe is structurally and
dynamically isomorphic to a living eukaryotic human cell, with a universal scaling factor
κ ≈ 1018–1020. This framework unifies General Relativity (GR) and Quantum Mechan-
ics (QM) by deriving gravitation from cytoskeletal binding forces (σcyt), cosmic expansion
from osmotic turgor pressure of the cosmic cytosol (Posm), and quantum coherence from
microtubule dynamics via the Orch-OR mechanism. The modified Einstein field equations
incorporate these biological terms, while a scale-invariant hyperbolic wave equation bridges
quantum microtubule states to cosmic vacuum fluctuations.
The unified quantum-gravity equation replaces the classical energy-momentum tensor
with its expectation value over microtubule wave functions, yielding a singularity-free theory
that preserves causality and resolves issues like the Hubble tension mechanically. Specific
quantitative predictions include a time-dependent dark energy equation of state w(z) ≈
−1 + 0.05z for z < 1, gravitational wave amplitude boosts of 5–10% at low frequencies
(f < 10−4 Hz), and explanations for DESI LRG1 anomalies at zeff ≈ 0.51. The theory is
testable with JWST, DESI, Euclid, and LISA data. Numerical estimates place σcyt ≈ 10−10–
10−9 Pa and Posm ≈ 10−10 J/m³, consistent with observed cosmological densities after
scaling.
