Description

The data and code associated with the PLOS One article, "Interactions among weather and landscape affect Colorado potato beetle population dynamics". The data is stripped of geographic information to protect the privacy of participants, and has been altered from it's original state to attach weather and landscape variables to each sampling instance. The weather data comes from Daymet, PRISM, and Copernicus, and represents averages across periods of time defined by Colorado Potato Beetle life history and degree day accumulation. The landsacpe data comes from the USDA NASS Cropscape data layer and is calculated for a 1 km circluar radius around each sampling point.
