The dataset with ecosystem assignments is uploaded with the submission (orchid_MDG_Wieczorkowski.xlsx). The geolocated data referred to in these scripts are available from GBIF (https://doi.org/10.15468/dl.t8uqks), Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew & Kew Madagascar (https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/zavamaniry-gasy-plants-of-madagascar), and Droissart et al. (2023). Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew & Kew Madagascar, and Droissart et al. (2023) have restricted locality data to maintain confidentiality concerning the exact location of threatened orchid species; complete data can be requested directly from the providers.
