Description

Jalview is a free cross-platform program for multiple sequence alignment editing, visualisation and analysis. Use it to align, view and edit sequence alignments, analyse them with phylogenetic trees and principal components analysis (PCA) plots and explore molecular structures and annotation.

Jalview 2.11.1.6 (6 January 2022) was the sixth patch release in the 2.11.1 series, delivering a quick security update. The only change was a version bump of the Log4j library dependency from 2.16.0 to 2.17.0, providing additional security hardening following the earlier Log4Shell vulnerability patches.
