Description
Jalview is a free cross-platform program for multiple sequence alignment editing, visualisation and analysis. Use it to align, view and edit sequence alignments, analyse them with phylogenetic trees and principal components analysis (PCA) plots and explore molecular structures and annotation.
Jalview 2.7 (27 September 2011) A major feature release with the Jalview Desktop News Reader, enhanced web services menu layout, multi-alignment to single Jmol display associations, annotation row height and order preservation in projects, visual progress indicators, Groovy script execution from URLs, and extensive applet improvements including the JalviewLite JavaScript API. Introduced drag-to-reorder annotation rows, absolute path handling, and JavaScript callbacks for applet initialization and selections.
