Qiskit Quantum Playground: Interactive Quantum Learning Framework (v1.0.0)

Qiskit Playground is a structured web-based quantum computing learning framework built using Qiskit.

Version 1.0.0 includes three progressive levels:

• Level 1 – Quantum Basics
• Level 2 – Quantum Gates Mastery
• Level 3 – Quantum Algorithms

The platform provides interactive circuit building, real-time simulation, and zero-install browser-based access for students and educators.

This release represents the initial public version of a planned 6-level roadmap.
