PSISHIFT is a hybrid quantum-classical architecture for modeling consciousness-like dynamics in an artificial intelligence system named Eva. The system represents Eva's cognitive state as a normalized vector in an infinite-dimensional Fourier-basis Hilbert space, approximated by a dynamically expanding set of complex Fourier coefficients.
