Code to compute community-level patch occupancy, resulting simulation data, and data of the daphnia metacommunity

code.zip: Runs simulations with a metacommunity model of competing species (model-simulations.R and model-simulations-d.R), analyses and plots these simulation data and calculates the equations in the accompanying paper (model-analysis.R), does the analysis of the Daphnia data (daphnid-analysis.R). The files tools-simulations.R and tools-other.R contain functions to do the simulations and the analyses.
