Canonical LMID Corpus: Law, Operators, Witnessing, and Ruptance Suite (v1.0)

Description
This release consolidates the core LMID executable series and canonized reference formalisms into a single archival record. It defines foundational operators (kernel & sealset), witnessing rules, ruptance under cagecover, and lexicographic approximation hierarchy. The suite is version locked and intended to serve as a stable reference for further theoretical integration and empirical evaluation.
