UMA ANÁLISE DO NOVO FUNDEB E DO SEU CARÁTER MULTIDISCIPLINAR: AVANÇOS E DESAFIOS NA REDE MUNICIPAL

This article is the result of research that aimed to analyze the progress and challenges re- garding the interpretation of the new FUNDEB (Fund of Education) and its multidisciplinary nature in the municipal education system of São José de Ribamar; identify legislative bud- getary changes regarding public education financing over the years; elucidate points in the new FUNDEB (Fund of Education) and the establishment of municipal education financing; analyze the importance of multidisciplinarity in the school context; and assess the possibi- lities for updating education systems by hiring non-teaching professionals to work in their schools.
