This piece explores the intricate relationship that exists between spiritual practices and the state of one's mental health within the context of the digital age, characterised by the widespread integration of technology into daily life. Spirituality, a sense of connection to something greater than oneself, encompassing beliefs, values, and practices that provide meaning and purpose, has consistently been linked to positive mental health outcomes. These include enhanced psychological resilience, reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety, improved coping mechanisms, and an overall sense of well-being. In the contemporary digital landscape, spiritual expression and engagement are increasingly mediated by technology. Digital platforms now facilitate virtual worship services, online spiritual communities, meditation and mindfulness applications, and access to spiritual resources. While these tools have democratised and expanded access to spiritual practices. Problems such as digital distractions, superficial engagement and the potential erosion of spirituality's traditional communal and interpersonal aspects are identified for solutions. Therefore, examining approaches centered on investigation and detailed portrayer were employed for this study. This work also investigates, the dual impact of digital technology on spirituality and mental health. It highlights how spiritual practices can serve as protective factors against the adverse mental health effects of digital overload, such as isolation, stress, and screen-related anxiety. Furthermore, the paper In the realm of mental health, a surge of therapeutic methods integrating spirituality is becoming apparent, highlighting the need for holistic models that address both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of a person's overall wellness. The theoretical framework used for the study is the integrated theoretical framework because Humans had everything about living on technology and had many lives dependent on it and Special attention is given to digital natives, particularly adolescents and young adults, who face unique challenges in navigating spiritual identity formation within virtual environments. In Conclusion, the role of faith-based organisations, mental health professionals, and digital literacy in fostering a balanced and meaningful spiritual life is explored. The findings aim to investigate that, while the digital age presents opportunities and threats to spiritual and mental well-being, intentional and reflective integration of technology with spiritual practices can enhance psychological resilience and promote holistic health. In order to gain a deeper understanding, it would be beneficial for future research to present studies that offer concrete evidence regarding the impact of spirituality on advances in technology.
