Servicio documental y la plataforma gestor en área de logística en una entidad del estado en Lima 2023
Description
La presente investigación buscó como objetivo determinar la relación del servicio documental y la plataforma gestor en un área de logística en una entidad del estado en Lima 2023. Se utilizó un estudio de tipo básico, de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental; se utilizó un muestreo censal de 75 trabajadores, de un área de logística del sector turismo; asimismo la investigación se enmarca en el objetivo de desarrollo sostenible número 16, relacionada en la necesidad de instituciones fuertes y transparentes. Por otro lado, se aplicó la encuesta como técnica, se utilizó un cuestionario con respuestas tipo Likert validado por tres expertos y con una prueba de alfa de Cronbach (0.942 y 0.971), demostrando su confiabilidad. También cabe señalar que se empleó el coeficiente Rho de Spearman para evaluar la correlación entre servicio documental y la plataforma gestor en dicha entidad. Los resultados indicaron una correlación positiva alta del 0,776 entre el servicio documental y la plataforma gestor; adicionalmente un coeficiente Rho de 0.747 en relación al servicio documental y la digitalización; además un coeficiente Rho de 0.795 entre el servicio documental y el documento electrónico y por último un coeficiente Rho de 0.716 entre el servicio documental y el repositorio documental, todos ellos con una correlación positiva alta respectivamente. Por lo tanto, se concluyó y se validó la hipótesis que confirma una correlación entre el servicio documental y la plataforma gestor de la entidad.
Abstract
The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the document service and the management platform in a logistics area in a state entity in Lima 2023. A basic study was used, with a quantitative approach and non-experimental design; a census sampling of 75 workers from a logistics area of the tourism sector was used; the research is also framed in the sustainable development objective number 16, related to the need for strong and transparent institutions. On the other hand, the survey was applied as a technique, using a questionnaire with Likert-type responses validated by three experts and with a Cronbach's alpha test (0.942 and 0.971), demonstrating its reliability. It should also be noted that Spearman's Rho coefficient was used to evaluate the correlation between the document service and the management platform in that entity. The results indicated a high positive correlation of 0.776 between the document service and the management platform; additionally a Rho coefficient of 0.747 in relation to the document service and digitalization; also a Rho coefficient of 0.795 between the document service and the electronic document and finally a Rho coefficient of 0.716 between the document service and the document repository, all of them with a high positive correlation respectively. Therefore, the hypothesis confirming a correlation between the document service and the entity's management platform was concluded and validated.
