PROGRAMA DE FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES DE SÃO JOSÉ DE RIBAMAR – A EXPERIÊNCIA DOS MBAs.

This article refers to the Teacher Training Program in São José de Ribamar, which was carried out as part of the consultancy carried out by Formação - Centro de Apoio à Educação Básica (Formação Institute) for the Deputy Department of Education of the Municipal Department of Education in that municipality. This program was implemented in partnership with Formação Faculdade Integrada (FFI), which, together with Instituto Formação, designed the postgraduate course in MBA format. There were six MBAs. Four were offered to teachers: Literacy, Literacy and New Technologies, Production of Teaching Materials and Active Methodologies, Educational Projects and Hybrid Methodologies, Curriculum, Assessment and Planning in Primary Education under the coordination of Professor Francisca da Chagas dos Passos Silva, and two were offered to managers of the Department of Education and schools in the municipal network: School Management and Educational System Management under the coordination of Professor Nadya Christina Guimaraes Dutra.
