This is an R package containing the functions used to simulate the movements of the roe deer in the Chize study area (France), and monitor their number over several years with camera traps. Download this package and store it in a working directory. Then install it in R with the following command line:

install.packages("simCTChize_1.1.tar.gz", type="source")

This package contains a pdf vignette describing how the analyses were carried out, which can be accessed after installation with the following command line:

vignette("simCTChize")
