Supplementary materials for "Computational Analysis of Сalcium Handling Destabilization as a Mechanism of Arrhythmia Transition During Myocardial Edema"
Description
In this study, we analyzed the effects of progressive reductions in extracellular osmolality on electrical activity using a neonatal rat cardiomyocytes monolayer optical mapping data analysis in combination with the Gattoni et al. (2016) electrophysiological model. The files include videos of different wave patterns with ROI (regions of interest). We also analyzed the sensitivity of intracellular calcium in relation to 37 model parameters, in particular, the effect on such characteristics of the calcium transient as time-to-peak, CaD30 and CaD80. All results for Sobol’s global sensitivity analyzes and Morris sensitivity analysis as well the CAD calculated from experimental optical mapping videos are presented in the Excel files.
