Description

This excel document presents a cursory landscape analysis of the commercially available tools available for the targets within the MJFF Targets to Therapies Initiative. One set includes TMEM175, TRPML1, ATP13A2, NOD2, OGA which were pursued in 2025. The second set includes STING1, TLR2, and TREM2 under evaluation in 2026. The third set includes GPNMB, VPS35, CTSB, BECN1, GALC, and GBAP1 under evaluation in 2026. ChatGPT assisted initial searches with manual refinement and curation. Monoclonal antibody landscape analysis was performed through searches of the online catalogs of Abcam, Thermofischer, Millipore Sigma, and Cell Signaling Technologies. Additional searches through CiteAb were performed when a large number of monoclonal antibodies were not available through the aforementioned vendors. Mouse model landscape analysis was performed through searchers of the International Mouse Strain Resource (IMSR) at findmice.org. Cell line landscape analysis was performed through searchers of the online catalogs of Abcam, Horizon Discovery, The Jackson Laboratory, and C-BIG repository (https://cbigr-open.loris.ca/ipsc_catalogue/). Viral vectors were identified intially through Google searches and searchers of the Vector Biolabs site. Assays were identified through searchers of online catalogs at Abcam and CiteAb. Compounds were identied through Google searchers and searchers in MedChemExpress. ChatGPT was used to enable searches, with information confirmed and expanded. Please note, additional reagents may be available for the tools that were missed by our search strategy. In addition, we do not have insight into the performance of these tools and therefore are not ranking them in any way or commenting on their quality.
