How to Find and Access Data in Europe: A Practical Introduction

This is a short, introductory lecture about how to find and use Social Science data in Europe. Five steps in data discovery will be discussed. These are to Develop a clear picture od the data you need, to Locate appropriate data resources; to Set up a search query and search the data resource, to Select data candidates and to Evaluate data quality. Together we would be looking and discussing the data that would best suit participants.
