LUCIANO MAGALDI SARDELLA FULL-TIME PERMANENT CONTRACT AT AMAZON SLOVAKIA

This document is a bilingual (Slovak/English) full-time permanent employment contract between Amazon Slovakia s.r.o. and Luciano Magaldi for the position of Ad Operations Associate in Bratislava, starting 15 July 2019. It establishes an indefinite-term role with a 3-month probation period, a 40-hour workweek (Monday–Friday), a gross annual salary of €15,600 paid monthly, standard statutory benefits (holiday, sick pay), and compliance with Amazon’s internal policies. The contract covers working conditions, place of work (with possible travel), expenses, termination rules, and disciplinary procedures under the Slovak Labour Code. It is accompanied by a Confidentiality, Non-Competition and Invention Assignment Deed, which requires the employee to protect Amazon’s confidential information, assign related inventions and intellectual property to the company, and refrain from using or disclosing such information.
