KIET Phase B-Lite: Results & Methods in a Linearized Proxy Regime

The KIET Phase B-Lite report presents linearized simulation results and control-validation methods supporting coherence-dependent directional proxy behavior. This phase establishes preliminary enforcement of stability constraints and safety-envelope logic prior to transition into full numerical relativity implementation.
