ΔΦ TURBULENCE TRANSITION MATRIX v1.0 Falsifiable Collapse-Field Predictions in Laminar–Turbulent Boundary Evolution
Description
This paper introduces a falsifiable structural hypothesis for laminar–turbulent transition based on the ΔΦ field framework. Rather than treating turbulence onset as purely statistical instability, this work proposes measurable precursor instability clustering, spectral staging behavior during transition, and spatially correlated nucleation structures. The framework is designed for experimental validation using existing fluid measurement technologies including PIV, hot-wire anemometry, pressure microarrays, and CFD simulation.
This work does not attempt to replace classical Navier–Stokes formulations, but instead proposes an additional structural transition mapping layer that may complement statistical turbulence models. The paper emphasizes explicit falsification conditions and invites experimental verification or rejection.
