Description
Figure 8d: LAC increment for Ca concentration quantifiation
- normalized tilt series at 346 eV (pre-edge) and 349 eV (L3 edge). Both formats .hdf5 and .mrc
- reconstructed tomographies of the result of substracting 349 eV tilt series to 346 eV tilt series.
Notes:
- Tomographies used to calculate linear absorption coefficient (LAC) increments for calcium concentration estimation are obtained from the tomography result of reconstructing the subtraction 349 eV and 346 eV tilt series. (i.e. 1st: 349eV-346eV, 2nd: reconstruct substraction, 3er: segment the tomography which contains LAC increment values). LAC increments must not be calculated from substracting the LAC values obtained from the 346 eV and 349 eV tomographies independently.
