Description

The Kinetic Human Movement Ontology (KHMO) is a representational artificat to encode knowledge about human anatomoical movement, using controlled terminologies from biomedical ontologies. KHMO is encoded in the Web Ontology Language (OWL) with a public PURL, http://w3id.org/khmo. The ontology models the contributing entities that are involved in motion of from one physical stance to another physical stance (ending stance). The ontology utilizes several major OBO Foundry ontologies' controlled terminologies to form this ontology artifact.
