Description:
This repository contains the raw and processed data underlying Figures 2,3,4,5 and S3, S4, S5 and S7 of the associated manuscript, as well as MAT:AB scripts used to generate the plots. A description of the zip files can be found below:
· MainScript.zip: This file contains the raw data and MATLAB source code for the direction encoding analysis of Calliphora LPTCs and the corresponding Hankel Singular value analysis.
· CFD_LTI_Model.zip: This file contains the raw data and the MATLAB source code for generating the linearized models of Calliphora flight dynamics.
· WingKinematics.zip: This file contains the raw data and MATLAB source code for the principal components analysis of Calliphora wingbeat motions to generate the control vector for the flight dynamics model.
