AlphaFold multimer predictions for the YeRI PPIs. Related to the paper "Experimental assessment of AI-based interactome mapping" Lambourne et al. Nature Communications 2026. All predicted structures are included but most are low confidence. See the table for confidence scoring. We recommend to threshold on CCC (confident contacts count) ≥ 5.
